    Recognition flooded in for the first-ever Conference of New England (CNE) Women’s Golf Champion, Suffolk, Thursday afternoon. Jay Parker was selected CNE Coach of the Year, while three Rams – Krisna Mahendran, Brooke Bugajewski and Emory Goodson -- played to All-CNE distinction.

    The first-ever Conference of New England Women’s Golf Champion hails from Boston as Suffolk women’s golf was in the driver’s seat at the league championship from the get-go and never looked back to claim the CNE Title over the weekend at the Keney Park Golf Course.

    Suffolk women’s golf is set to make history this weekend, Oct. 11-12, as the Rams will compete in the inaugural Conference of New England Championship. The two-day tournament will be hosted by the University of Hartford at Keney Park Gold Course in Windsor, Connecticut.
